WHERE TO HAVE YOUR ORDER DELIVERED
During checkout, you’re able to choose the delivery location on offer (your home, a different address, or a pickup point when one is available). We advise picking a place where someone can actually take receipt. The options shown may change depending on where it’s going and what you’ve ordered.
CONSOLIDATION & LOGISTICS
Some orders may be consolidated or sent via logistics hubs to improve routing. This is how we manage international flows and local distribution. Tracking updates can be patchy during these movements.
INFORMATION SENT TO THE COURIER
The information required for delivery is sent to the courier so the parcel can be handed over. In some countries, the courier might need a specific address format or further details. If anything needs confirming, you may be contacted to help make delivery happen.
HAVING SOMEONE ELSE RECEIVE IT
If you’d prefer another person to take the parcel, check that the name and access details line up. Under the courier’s rules, authorisation or ID may be asked for. The handover is still governed by the applicable delivery procedures.
WHEN TRACKING LOOKS WRONG
Sometimes a tracking status looks odd (a temporary return, a scan that never appeared, updates that stop). These can be down to sorting or transfers. If it doesn’t resolve, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it.
ON RECEIPT
After the parcel arrives, keep your confirmations and, if needed, proof of handover. If there’s a dispute, these help establish what happened. We can also assist in gathering the useful information from the courier.
